How to apply ?
Application procedure summary
- Read carefully about the BIOPHAM programme and see if you are eligible to apply .
- Check if you are a student coming from a “EU Member State or Third Country associated to the programme” or from a “Third Country not associated to the programme“ - check it out here
Important note: The students who are residents or have carried out their main activity (studies, training or work) for more than a total of 12 months over the last 5 years in any “EU Member State or Third Country associated to the programme” will be considered as a “EU Member State or Third Country associated to the programme” candidate. The 5-years reference period for this 12 months rule is calculated backwards as from the submission deadline of applying for an EMJM student scholarship. - Create your personal account on the eMundus Application, then follow the instructions that are given by the Application.
- Collect and upload all the documents required for your application on that website.
- Nominate two persons who will act as referees as the reference letters must come directly from your referees. The referees will directly receive an email from the platform, on their professional email address with instructions to upload their recommendation letter. Do not wait for the last minute, as collecting the letters from the referees takes time.
- Check that all your documents are uploaded.
- Do not forget to validate, otherwise your unsubmitted application will not be evaluated.
The online application procedure takes some time so make sure you have plenty of time to do it. Before starting your application, make sure you hold all the required documents you will have to attach to your application and in a PDF format. |
